Where can I find the details of personal points? 

A: To query personal Points, you can enter "My Account > Mpower Perks >Points Details".

How do I return the points?

A: If a product that used points for payment is rejected, MPOW will return the number of points actually paid in this order to the account. Points for used goods will not return to one's account.

Why can't I not exchange my points?

A: Please ensure to be logged into your account to redeem some points. 


Points can't be used in the following scenarios:

Not sufficient points to exchange prizes.

The prizes can't not be deliverd to your country or region.

Where can I find my exchanged prizes and rewards?

To query your rewards, please view "My Account > Mpower Perks >Rewards".

Warranty policy at Points Store?

Products exchanged at Points store can be returned in 15 days, and get foundametal warranty guarantee for 180 days. Please contact our service team cservice@xmpow.com for assistance.

Can MPOW community points be redeemed gift at website Points Store?

Points earned from MPOW community can not be added to the website points balance, or used in website points store.
