Q1: How do I place an order?

In order to help you purchase via wholesale team, we require the following information:
- The product link and units you want to make a purchase.
- Your shipping, order information & billing address.

Q3: Should I expect delays when ordering?
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, your package may be slight delayed accordingly. Hope for your understanding and patience.
Q4: What are your shipping & handling charges?
Shipping charges vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address.
Or you can arrange the shipment from most of our warehoues.
Q5: Can I apply a discount code for wholesale orders?
No. The wholesale units are at the bottom price site-wide and can't be added with discount code.

All in-stock orders will be shipped out in 4 business days.

Please inspect your order upon reception within 72 hours, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Q3: Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?
Many reasons can cause shipments delay such as traffic or bad weather. Check the status of your shipment via order confirmation email.

Our terms of payment are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
Q1: What is your refund policy?
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a new product. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Mpow will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the product.
Q2: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us for both the returned product and the new replacement product.
Q3: My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception within 72 hours, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
